transcosmos China started as a call center service company for the China market in April 2006 and expanded its range of services to include digital marketing, e-commerce comprehensive service, etc. to accommodate the client companies’ changing needs. Its current development to a company capable of offering total outsourcing service to support client corporations’ sales increase and cost reduction prompted a company name change at the start of the fiscal year 2014. transcosmos China aims at sales of ¥10 billion by FY 2018.
